Triple clamps for front forks. Two different thicknesses to ensure optimum clamping of the fork tubes. Several holes for mounting the steering damper to vary the hardness of the damping.  The difference between Mode 1 and Mode 2 is the offset distance between the center of the triples and the head shaft center. (Mode 2 longer off set)
