Faulty / Defective Products.
Faulty product claims are referred directly to the manufacturer of that product. Please note that while every effort is made to ensure all products we ship are free from fault, we are not responsible in any case where a product is faulty and cannot provide refunds for any used and/or defective products. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products as agreed to under warranty.
